This site is intended to complement the other "Slug Sites" on the Internet and to assist in establishing the ranges of various nudibranchs and other gastropods by illustrating species found in Malaysian waters. All species illustrated are photographed in their natural habitat and additional examples will be added as we digitise more and more of our pictures. The quality of pictures varies depending on the number of photographic samples we have to chose from!
Visitors are encouraged to make constructive criticism either with regard to the site presentation or to the content ... we would be delighted to receive information on species we have been unable to identify or on changes in taxonomy etc. which would mean a regrouping or renaming of our material. The site does not attempt to repeat the excellent information on nudibranch physiology and taxonomy available in other sites ... for that check out some of the great sites identified below. We'll add more as we go along!
